pre product contingency plan



Contingency Plan
Name: Harry Smith
Production: Not My Day
Potential problems and how to overcome these problems:
  1. Poor weather, to resolve this problem make sure to check the weather report before going out to film and if bad weather is forecasted then reschedule the filming to another day.
  2. Running out of battery life during recording, this can be resolved by making sure that the camera is only on and recording when it is needed to be as well as keeping a spare battery to replace if the current one runs out.
  3. Filming people who do not want there faces to be seen, this can be resolved by either blurring out the faces (which would work for the matrix section) or making sure the area is relatively empty when we start filming.
  4. trip hazards from 'man' shots inc; pavement and bridge. This can be resolved by checking the filming location for hazards and giving the crew a safety brief informing them of all hazards in the area.
  5.  Trip hazard from band set with exposed wires and leads. This can be resolved by putting down cable cover mats e.g
